Your inquiry will be answered within 48 hours. You may also call 607-637-7100 if you need immediate reservations, and confirmation. Emailing us does not guarantee you a reservation. You do not have a reservation until confirmed in writing, or by telephone by the Reservations Desk. You may also check for vacancies at our sister property, Bass Cabins.

RATES*

Terms & Conditions (Non-Camp Stays): There is a charge of $15 for each rollaway bed per night. Additional $15 for Mini-Fridge or microwave per night. Quantities are limited. We accept Visa/MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation and charge any deposits due. Cancellations made within the 48 hour cancellation or 30 or 60 day cancellation, depending on the date (see below) of check-in are charged the full amount of the reservation. It is your sole responsibility to know your cancellation policy.  All rates are subject to New York State 8% sales tax and Delaware County 2 % tax. Check in time is 4:OO PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. All prices and terms are subject to change without notice. There is No Smoking in hotel rooms, restaurants, bar(s) and/or other public or private interior spaces. A charge of $250 will be incurred for smoking in the hotel. There is a charge of $25 for each unreturned room key. Max. occupancy for King  room is 2 people. Max. occupancy for Double Queen room, Suites & Efficiency Units is 4 people.  Sorry, no pets are allowed.  Documented Service Animals are permitted per ADA regulations.  A trailer storage fee of $60.00 will be charged for trailers stored on premises. Reservations must be made in advance as space is limited. All Terms/Conditions and Rates are subject to change without notice.
